Choosing a therapist can be a daunting task. It is important that you feel comfortable with the person you see for counseling and feel confident that she or he will be able to help you reach your goals.
I work to understand your needs, goals, and challenges and work with you to develop a plan that makes sense to you. In other words, I view therapy as a partnership and you as the expert on your own life. For my part, I make use of many different therapeutic tools and approaches and tailor my approach to your individual needs and personality.
In addition to training in psychology and counseling, I also have a background in working with religious and spiritual issues. I work with people in a way which is respectful of each person’s own faith context and beliefs.
